That is bullshit ...Isn't a union all about SENIORITY???Why would a lower seniority person be on days when the higher person is on nights?Its all about being popular and basicly being a suck ass !!!just my opinion !

To answer Nub's question yes, in a district election you WOULD keep that person for the full term they get elected too. However, that person WOULD/SHOULD learn very fast what will happen if they failed to do their job correctly. Right now, there is no reprecussions for failing in one area. They move on to another area and then start over. After three years, most people forget about how bad they were. All they would have to do is do real the last 6 months before the elections to get re-elected. Our union leader's don't want District Committeemen because most of the good oleboy network will crumble down because people would rather put someone in office that is willing to do the job correctly instead of taking care of the union leader's. Just my thought.
