Might as well start this a year in advance.... What all would it take to get a yes vote out of everyone?? I know for me its going to take everything we gave up, plus future yearly wage increases and no additional health care increases.. Will the union focus on the legacy or the entry level guys? Any rumors or links to articles about the 2015 contract talks please post here... Thanks .

For me its 100,000 or more buy out,20yrs and 60% of my pension ,or everything we conceded to plus back pay for those concessions,and our 1 min break back.Plus a .50 raise each year of new contract and 2500.00 performance bonus and 6000.00 signing bonus.So Im sure its gonna be a NO for me just like everything Ive ever voted on in here.
