On veteran's day b crew is lead with a noon start time. After getting of at 430 in the morning. I guess they don't want to fill production those days.

That's Funny, welcome to B-Crew. B- Crew lead crew and 6 am start time every time. A- Crew never has to change their start time.

I get all the sleep I need thank you very much. I don't do them any favors by working these holiday's, why would you? We all know we won't get a raise, COLA back or even the extra minute per break back so why give them more and more? 6 am start time or a 10 am start time doesn't make it any better, why put your body through this crap? Make them make a Saturday a mandatory day like they will anyway as soon as they can get away with it. If I thought for one second we would get something back next year, I would work as well but I know better and so should most of you.

Why not poll day shift for Election Day & see if they even need the ask B crew? Same for Veterans Day, if they don't need people from A crew to work then set start time to better benefit B crew. Seems easy enough but no polling....

You know they will never get every single person from an entire shift to come in, hence the noon start. That gives an equal 7 1\2 hours in between each shift. Another thing, its VOLUNTARY! You don't have to come in.

I agree with Katfan, they should have polled dayshift first to see if they could run before making it a 12:00 start time. Really screwing dayshift people!

I agree with Katfan, they should have polled dayshift first to see if they could run before making it a 12:00 start time. Really screwing dayshift people! It is not screwing dayshift at all. IT IS VOLUNTARY! On Veteran's Day, it is the same way for nightshift.

This is so Funny, now we know why they never change day shifts start time. Change it 1 time and it's the end of the world, I'm getting screwed. Ha. Welcome to the new B-Crew, where our start time changes continuously.

It may have something to do with election day. Giving everybody a chance to vote?

They don't care about a chance to vote. Either work it or don't.

I think we should all bend over backwards and do as much to help the company with extra production as often as we can.
That way, when the new contract comes around they won't rebalance and we'll get all our concessions back because all of our extra hard work has made Ford more profitable.
