The paid holidays are on the same dates, regardless of shift. Last work day of the year, Tuesday Dec. 23rd. Return to work, Tuesday Jan. 6th

So b crew works the 23rd night into the 24th? Would they be paying holiday pay after midnight?

So b crew works the 23rd night into the 24th? Would they be paying holiday pay after midnight? Any hours worked on a negotiated holiday are paid at double time. The 24th is such a holiday.

Better check your contract language. That december 24th may not be double time after midnight....it depends on your starting time on the 23rd.

NRA better read your contract. Holidays are from midnight to midnight. It does not matter what your start time is, at midnight the double pay starts.

I saw that KTP's last production day is Friday Dec 19th. LAP's last production day is Dec 23rd?! WTF?! B crew off weekend of Dec 20,21 & 22 then return for ONE day. Way fucked up but not a bit surprising.
