Due to lost production this week, Saturday is being scheduled as a full production day on both shifts.
Unless otherwise instructed by your Process Coach, you are required to report at the below-mentioned
start times.
PRODUCTION:
Stamping, Body, Paint and Associated MP&L Employees:
C-crew NO CHANGE
Final Area (Frame, Engine, Tire, Chassis, U/P Trim), Pre-Delivery including MOD Center and
Associated MP&L Employees and Quality:
#2 6:00am start
#3 4:30pm start ***(note start time change)
SKILLED TRADES:
Stamping/Body/Paint/MP&L:
#2 NO CHANGE
Final Area
#2 7am start
#3 3pm start
Weekend crew schedules remain unchanged. Other Skilled Trades employees are required to report to
work as scheduled in MSP and/or as instructed by your Supervisor.
Paid day off requests:
Employees may begin to request paid time-off on Production Saturdays only after the official Labor Relations
Bulletin has been released announcing the mandatory production day. Management will notify employees on
approved vacation/excused time the prior Friday of their approval to be excused for Saturday.
Converting Absence on Mandatory Overtime Production Days:
Consistent with the National Attendance Program, employees are not allowed to convert their absence on a
mandatory overtime day to an excused absence after the fact.
