Last year I was paid based on around 2300 hours. You are paid on all compensated hours worked. The $6900 is an average of all profit share paid out.

The handout from Jimmy Settles states that "the maximum compensated hours will be 1850 for this year" there is zero way to get 6900 if that is the maximum hours your share is based on. Would gross you about 5600.

The 1850 is just a guideline. Trust me.

Just dont remember it being written that way in the past. 40 hours a week is 2080 hours alone. Before OT

The handout we just recieved tonight from International states "the maximum compensated hours will be 1850 for this plan year"....Thats like 35 hours a week average. Something is fishy here people. Letter i have is signed by Jimmy Settles, would post it but cant upload from my phone. The 1850hrs is just a number of total hrs per hourly worker times the total number of active employees . And if someone didn't,t reach 1850hrs last year then their total compensatied hrs worked is put into the pot of hrs. Then that number gives you a value of each hr. Then you draw your money using that value times your real compensated hrs giving you your profit sharing total witch should be somewhere between $6500. Body shop to around $7500 final. The average worker at Ford has 2270 compensated hrs last year.
