As long as you have personal time you can request off and don't have to use your time.

As long as you have personal time you can request off and don't have to use your time. you cant convert time but yes, you can request off but only if you take a personal day for Friday. i missed the 7th and got r&w. Failure to work ot they call it. Different than a regular awol. 2 of them in an 18 month period and you get a day off
