Does anybody have a copy of the local handy? Wasn't there a section with wording that the UAW and Company "WILL" negotiate an alternate work schedule for "the Union Membership" during Derby? Meaning that it wasn't an optional thing? They had to do it kind of thing? It didn't just state frame or closure did it? I thought the wording included ALL of the members located at KTP.
Or maybe that was the Local before the membership voted everything away that mattered. I really miss my COLA.

It just seems funny the company will end over backwards for a basketball game and totally ignore the Derby. Smh...

Especially for a game, that no local teams are playing in. Too soon?

I don't give a damn about derby anymore. I do like being off oaks day though, maybe that could be a paid holiday. We have given up a couple after all, be nice to get something back.
