does the employee parts purchase program still in existence I'm trying to get through but just get a busy signal. I'm beginning to think it's not in service anymore like other things that we have lost

If it is,your still overpaying for parts.Always price compare.I've always got the best prices and quality parts from N.A.P.A. I know their tires are a rip-off.

The Employee # gave you genuine Ford parts, shipped right to your door. NAPA is mostly Chinese parts. The Ford # has been out for awhile. Was hoping they were just busy, but it seems they went bust.

So let me get this right, ford parts are all made in America? Did you not see the artical in the news that said the toyota tundra has more american made parts on it than the f-150? Do your homework and stop drinking the kool-aid!

The original ford parts are better than the mostly foreign made cheaper Napa parts. That's not really debatable.

so your saying all ford parts are made in america? if not, are'nt they foreign parts also. I don't see any engines going down the line that are made in america.that mean they're all junk? And how do you know what n.a.p.a. sells? you check their inventory sheets.

so your saying all ford parts are made in America? . Lol, where did I say that? Look you're a Napa fan, that's cool. Glad you have a parts store that takes care of you, it's not always easy to find one. But some of us prefer better parts. That's all

My point is= o.e.m.= foreign made parts. look at parts containers around the plant and see where they come from. all over the planet. and when you go to a dealer they are called oem.

I understand your point, but it's not valid. Most of the parts in our plant are not foreign made. The imitation parts from Napa and elsewhere generally are. If you trust your Napa store ask them, ask them which parts are better....... The parts directly from ford, or the knockoffs?

NAPA Auto Zone etc. uses made to fit parts. Buy a rotor from either and compare to OEM.The OEM is thicker and will last longer. After market parts are not all made to OEM specs.

Name a Ford "OEM" part that has a lifetime warranty. Not advocating using non oem parts nor endorsing them.

Brake rotors as far as I know have no lifetime warranty from anyone.

napa sells rotors that have a lifetime warranty. Do you know who makes these so-called o.e.m. rotors? the same place that makes the ones at napa. i dont know that ford even has any casting plants left.i don't think they do.

Our brake vendor is from Bendix out of Bowling Green Kentucky. Im about 99.9% sure NAPA didn't have "lifetime warranty " rotors for my 2001 F150 Supercrew. All they had was Asian crap in their store on Fern Valley. The only warranty I remember them telling me was 3 years.
