What is a side loader? Is that the job unloading frames off of the trains? How much O.T.? Thanks. Also how long do they train you on the shop repair jobs? I know that's all the O.T. You want.

I think the side loader job is unloading the frames of railcars. Do you know what area of the shop the repair jobs are? There are several different drops for people in the shop

Sideloader is unloading rail cars and loading dollies with frames to come into the plant. U are outside in the rain, sleet, snow and sunshine. Part of the job is fairly physical due to breaking down and tieing down the cars.
U should go out and see the job for yourself.
