I'm saying c crew has ton of LTS's' and ele with less than a yr in. Those people are probably still trying to prove they can do the job. If there is an add/ delete situation quality leaders and union reps need to step up and lead and explain that all additions go through A crew.

Am I missing something here because the last time I checked all added work must go through A crew! The people on my line only "try" any addition a few times until it is 100% a go on A crew. And don't know if you all are just taking shots at us or what but management saying "the other crew does it with no problem!" Has always been one of their tactics and you all know this. Also a committee person should be at any add/delete sit down and explain all this to anyone that doesn't know better! So really, get off the we're so much better than you trip, it's getting really old!!! I took shots at no one. Like I posted, the C crew people in our area took on the extra work even before the rebalance took full effect as of yesterday. This is what blew my mind. It seems that the union rep was a no show to top things off. I don't even know if they had a sit down with C crew. Who is better than you? Never said any shift and or tier was better than any other.

Just 90 days. I've seen how management gets over on c crew, it's bad. At some point you have to grow a pair and put a stop to it.

We were told the reason they did so many units is they went 11 hrs, c crew can do that now on Sunday & Monday. By A crew signing off, if you mean signing the add/delete sheet, that is NOT an agreement to take on the new work, it just means you had the sit down. It doesn't matter if the mps said the other crew did it, they've been telling that lie to every crew for years, if you are on a crew you just tell them, the other crew isn't lead shift so I could care less what they did.If you want to know if they had a sit down with the other crew, ask to see the add/delete sheet, they have to let you see it. If they signed it then they had the sit down, but it still doesn't matter, a crew sets the job, period.
