Had one leave on first break last night in body. ALL new hires should start in trim, and work their way out. If you can make it there, you can work anywhere. Can't cut it in body? That's just sad.

You should see what kind of jobs the new-hires have in new paint. Unbelievable. Day shift doing 20 an hr tops and not hit that yet.

Don't want to give away too much, or provide too much detail.
New hire: -More than 4 AWOLS -Left through medical more than once. -More than 3 weeks learning a job, can't hold it.
Still here, moved to "something he can do".

The State must finally be getting sick & tired of wasting tax payer training money on the 70% of new hires that are being fired or quitting. The new hire stated above sounds like he/she may know somebody too. Has definitely done their homework & sounds dangerous. KTP's future is in big trouble if this keeps up. Thank you so much Union Slobs!

It was the same way at lap. New people couldn't hold jobs, they just move them all over the plant for months until they found an easy one. When you settle for bad workers, there will be future consequences.

Here's an oldie but a goodie:
A real complete piece of shit new hire started in Paint to help fill in for vacations. After X amount of weeks in Paint the pos new hire wasn't needed anymore & was directed to go to their permanent area. After a couple of hours in wonderful UTrim, the pos new hire approached the supervisor & demandingly said:
"You're gonna have to send me back to Paint! There's people in Paint that have been there for 15 years & never had to do this type of work! So you're just gonna have to send me back!"
HaHaHa! Didn't realize that's how it worked.
