If I were hired in as a short term temp, is there any chance that I could earn a LTS position or maybe even a permanent position by demonstrating hard work ethic and perfect attendance?
Has anybody ever seen this happen?
I know there's a lot of turnover with the new hires and I was hoping that my hard work ethic would be noticed and that FoMoCo would want to keep good help around. I'm a good grunt lol
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Quite often Temps end up getting hired permanently. But it's essentially about timing and the luck of the draw. You seem to have a great attitude, good luck.

Wouldn't hurt. Especially attendance.
Knew a guy that did two 4 month temp stints that led to him being full time.
