The new 4v 302 mustang is much better, especially when supercharged!

It will be a cool little rocket ship, but you will have a much rougher ride... and ya better check the insurance costs. There's always a down side....

Thanks Cal...no way a Focus ST has higher insurance costs than a Mustang GT with a $10,000 higher price...insurance still has MUCH to do with value of item. Damn Debbie Downers... It's either the ST or a new Fusion when they come out...they look real good.

No "Downer" intended, just reality. I've had lots of performance Fords. The SVT Focus was lots of fun, it would corner like a roller skate, it also rode like one, and had a ton of road noise with the performance tires. The 2002 Lightning was the best and most useful by far though. I'm sad to see the 3.5 no longer offered as a Sport Fusion, it's been replaced by the Titanium model with the Turbo 2.0

The new ecoboosts in the Fusion have awesome HP and MPG though...smaller displacement, more HP, and more MPG.
