Will be months before any mandatory overtime weekends. That whole building has to be rebuilt. Only a few places on earth that can’t even make those parts & I’m sure they arent sitting around empty just waiting to bail Ford or one of these other auto companies out. Finally this “just in time” deliver nonsense & one supplier ideal has bitten all of them in the ass. I will take the TLO/ short work weeks and enjoy them, and when the time comes for some $60 an hour work on a Sunday I will be ok with it. Stay safe people. True.Never understood having “fewer parts”in stock.And like you said 60$ an hour I’ll be happy to do it. |

Why would you want to see ford get f***?! I'm so tired of reading and hearing of ppl complain about Ford! Quit your job then and go find something that makes you happy! I'm sure when you use the great insurance we have, all the holidays we get off, AWOL days we are allowed, personal days and vacation days...very difficult to get fired! We have it pretty good!
