Truth.Thats why I’m saying give me a 25 yr retirement and I could care less what ANYONE gets much less the newbies.BUT since that’s not happening we need a fair contract for 4 more years.Then in 23 the old timers are will be gone and it’s all up to you to fight.Imagine If every time in life you took the 1st offer?

Never thought about top pay this way.Newhire reaches top pay in 8 yrs and makes 32.32 but when the next contract gets here I’ll have 28 yrs 6 months in and make 32.32???Quit crying

Still boils down to took me 27.6 months to make what you’ll make in 8.When I retire I’ll average a .63 cent yearly raise.Youre on pace to a 2$ an hour raise or year til retirement
