Is anyone having trouble logging on because their browser isn’t supported? I’ve tried using iPhone and iPad? Any help is appreciated!

When these sites are overloaded old school works the best with no frustration. Simply fill out the form that was mailed to you and drop it in the mailbox!! Works every time.

Labor relations bulletin said we were supposed to claim Sunday March 29th....has something changed ? Granted that's LAP so if you're KTP maybe it's different

I received paperwork from KY, tried to go online, I’ve never had to file for UI so I have no PIN, the default PINs on the paperwork don’t work either... The automated phone isn’t any different. Can’t call Help line until Monday morning.. Total waste of my time so far...

No, I tried multiple times, it just hangs up... Online if I try “Forgot PIN” it doesn’t recognize my Name & SS#... if I try “New User” it says I’m already in the system. 🙄 |

try using the 1st 4 of your SS# for your pin. If you try 3 times and it's wrong you'll be locked out and then you have to call the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Division at 502-564-2900 to reset PIN

Has anyone heard any info about the extra $600 for unemployment? We get the regular amount plus $600 and then sub pay?

Also the link uiclaims.des.ky.gov/ebenefit does not work on my laptop and get an error code saying 500- Internal Server Error. To get it to work click on the end of the address window in that Error window and backspace and take off the ebenefit on the end then hit Enter |

If we get the extra 600 that would probably knock off our subpay. Subpay is figured on us getting 85% pay on a 40 hr week. mine would be 40 x 30.515 = 1220 gross. unemployment $800 + $600 = $1400. No subpay required

$800? I thought the max was 550 In Kentucky the maximum is $415, sub is usually around $380 but with the additional $600 I’m not sure about the sub. No idea how they are getting $800. |

Wow, so many different experiences...The site for Ky is www.kewes.ky.gov .....it was busy this morning, but worked fine 30 minutes ago, forgot my pin & it let me reset no problem...Don't know about the maximum amount being raised...has been $415 for awhile, one website says it still is, another says its now $502.....just have to wait & see...as far as the extra $600 the govt is giving, its only my opinion of course but I cant imagine us getting that AND sub-pay, either Ford will say the Govt is supplementing so we don't need to or the govt will say Ford already supplements so we aren't eligible...ktpelec I would call labor or a union rep before I called UI office, never know, sometimes they can help. Its probably because you've never filed & labor may be able to do something on their end. |

Yea I'm wondering how the sub will work also cause technically thats supposed to pick up what UI doesnt to 85% so if were getting more UI then Id be shocked if we also got sub pay..u kno ford will get out of it if they can..theyre not gonna say well here dont worry ablout it..
