Do we really need 40 people walking around acting as if they are doing something? They no longer carry a radio so they have no clue you were sent to break early, much less where the breakdown is or even how long you were broke down before you were put on break. Especially the ones that have been doing it for years, they won't even come around. They stay huddled up in one of those tiny offices upstairs like a bunch of cheerleaders. Waste of money!!

Exactly..I always thought the union should send team leaders to black lake .They make 1.50$ an hour more.They have the radio.They were VOTED IN.That way each team has their own committee person.Take care of small matters and if no resolution they call for help in union office ..
