Do people on ILO lose TESPHE benefits, also? I noticed that my account was closed on Dec. 31.

Jim something really has do be done about ILO people not receiving information. I know labor has got my correct information because I received past information. But I have received nothing about a change in Tesphe. Please don't let us be treated like step children, someone one should be making sure that we receive vital information. Why is or tesphe being changed? If I had known this I would have Changed this to my own advisor. Thanks Jim

Speaking of TESPHE. Has anyone have trouble looking at their balance? I logged on today and it showed my balance was ZERO.

That's what they are talking about lappainter, everyone's account is zero because they are in the middle of transferring from fidelity to ACS. It is supposed to be completed some time next week, we have no access until then. We will have a new website to go to. I don't have the address, hopefully Jim will post it. Hope this helps.

Once you log in you must go to "ACTIONS" then click on"FUTURE CONTRIBUTIONS" and make your selections all over again. Otherwise, everything you contribute from now on will be going into Blackrock mutual fund. Everything you had previously in different funds is still in those funds, but all future contributions are going into low interest mutual fund. Someone should have told us about this! I found it by accident. What is this new company? The Bernie Maddoff kids new venture?

Your investment elections are unchanged.
When you go to the investment election screen, there is a drop down box. In the box there are two options...'company contribution' and 'pre tax'. If you choose the 'company contribution' it all goes to blackrock. The 'pre tax' option will show your contributions unchanged.

That's exactly it Calvin, we do not have company contributions that's why this option does not apply to us. Also if you do not see the submit button, it's probably because you are using firefox or some other browser instead of internet explorer, just hit enter like stillapbcrew said & your good to go. Firefox is safer anyway.
