Just got a call that chassis and frame aren't working Monday.
That SUCKS, I'll miss my coworkers soooooooooo much.......

I heard yesterday we may not work Mon-Wed. No exact details as to why...other than the fact the units are not ready to be shipped, so they don't want to keep building and storing them. They want to get them perfect prior to shipping.

If body is running, I would say 2nd shift Paint is working as well. Maybe they want to stuff the system with units, then send everyone home.

My robocall said as follows
dayshift trim, chassis, material handling DO NOT report
body, paint, repair DO report.
I talked with a committeeperson who said this was due to not recieving engines. No further explanation.
Call said to report as usual on Tuesday so we shall see.

Well, 7am body/paint worked to fill system...so honestly, they could work trim/final tonight since there are plenty of units in system. But for your sake, I hope you get a call to stay home and watch BIG MONDAY with me.
