We were supposed to get the overflow Kuga all along, hadn't heard the mustang one yet. Is the mustang on the same platform as the Escape?

Mustang is not on the same platform as the Escape...but there is no overflow for the Kuga. LAP will be the only plant building the Kuga for export only in the beginning.

Not trying to argue with you Scott as my info could be bad as well but I was told by a member of management (one of the few I actually trust), he is actually in charge of some of the re-tooling aspects, that we are not getting any of the Kuga for around a year after we start back up because they are expecting more orders for the escape than we will be able to build. He also said that if & when we do get the Kuga it will be overflow units from the plant that is currently building them in Europe & they will not be sold in the US. He said as of now there are no plans to sell them in the US because the escape is so similar.

Sorry, when I said we, I meant Chicago. just what some engineers told us that they where looking into the possability of running mustang and kuga overflow on same lines as new explorer and taurus.
