I didn't take anything that was said as trash talk or as a attack towards me. We all are on here to voice what we feel needs to be voiced. We all are not going to agree on issues but someone may have a valid point that someone else does not see. I have read a lot comments over the past months and I have picked up on some new things that I never did before. I may not like everything that I read but I do read it, I think about what I have read and ask myself is there any truth about what is being said. If there is then I do my best to change what is being said even if it is not directly to me. I will be the first to admit if I make mistake. I have and I will until my last day doing this job, but if I do make a mistake then I have a responsibility to get whoever involved to correct the mistake so the person is not wronged anymore. This job takes team work and if someone lets their ego get in the way then mistakes do happen. I will say it on here as I do on the floor, that if I give an answer and you still don't agree then its your right to get the B/C involved. That is just the way that I am. I don't take things personal because this is a job but it is a job that I love to do. I am always willing to discuss any issue in person or on the phone. I think everybody has my number LOL but if you don't here it is 718-6596.
