and make sure you see how much an Explorer sells for in Japan. What a freaking joke! We have all heard about the tariffs and taxes put on our products, but we allow everyone to come over here and sell their shit for $10-20,000...until this changes, we don't have a chance at competing overseas.

I'm not sure Scott, but I'd bet that has as much to do with exchange rates as anything.
As long as we are determined to keep the dollar strong (which favors those that have them) and other countries are allowed to suppress theirs (China, Japan, Korea) then this is the outcome.
And our corporate masters and the politicians they employ want it that way.

So you think the dollar is strong? Did you just wake up from a decade long nap? 100% tariff on us cars sold in Japan. I'm on record as being against tariffs but in a case like this give em a dose of their own medicine.
