Id like to know what everyone makes a year besides us blue collar workers,our pay is always out there and they compare it to the kias and others of the world. What does a line foreman make a year,then what does his boss make and then his boss etc.. How much does plant super make a year. Then how much does there counter parts at a Kia plant make a year?Any info out there guys plus what about there bonus money.

As far as I know it isen't to be found anywhere, only the hourly pay is everywhere, because of that jack ass of a X President Bush. He put it into law years ago that all Union wages had to be displayed to the public, BUT nothing about the big buisness end of it. Of course the ones that are paying him off.

I heard the line bosses base pay is $40hr. Thats $83,200yr (NO O.T)

They are salary workers, there is no hourly wage. They did get some type of wage increase after a certain point of hours worked, yet they are usually here before we are and are here after we leave.

Salary OT is based on an hourly wage now...at least that's what a few of them told me. No matter if you're salary or hourly, your wages can still be broken down per hour. I would guess the $40/hour to be almost exact.

Thanks Scott for the backup. I was told the $40hr amount by a Ford KTP supervisor that i used to work for at another company. I figured someone would try to say i was wrong.
