There will not be any changes. Union said that there wasn't a majority vote for a change.

There wasn't a majority because of to many choices. This was set up to fail from the beginning. It would still be nice to know the results.

Does it really matter, because what ever the vote was for, everyone would still just blame the union for screwing them because they don't like the new time. Leave it as it is.

4:30 is the worst start time of all the choices. why anyone would vote for that time is beyond me.

Doesn't matter what the membership wanted as a start time...in my opinion the company was considering moving the time so the union wanted to make it look like the members had a voice in it and then if it came down some felt as if they had a say. Bottom line in my opinion is the company wants the start time changed it's changed....and the union won't have a say in it. That's apparent since the start times on the 3/4/5 and C-Crew schedules have changed atleast 20 times in my 22+ years.

You are absolutly right Ktp1989 they have changed the starting times alot, and you know what we still have our jobs here in Kentucky when everyone around us is going down, when i started here in 93 we had maybe 3 or 4 different out of stater's but they were from Tennessee and Oklahoma glass, now we have over 10 different big Ford and vistion plants here. So even tho i don't like different start times, I will deal with it, like i have for the last 18 years no big deal. You have no idea what our BC goes thru to keep everything right here in this plant. And they do have a say in it, or that number you gave of 20 times, it would have been like 50 or more if they didn't have a say.
