45,000 Union Workers at Verizon walk after the company asked for concessions after posting a 6 billion dollar profit in the previous years. The head of the union said that this is not GM or Ford and they walked. Now this is a lesson the UAW can take on how to negotiate with a company seeking concessions after earning 6 billions last year...sound familar? www.christianpost.com/news/45k-verizon-workers-strike-for-fair-contract-53516/

That's just great. My Verizon service sucks already! If I lose one more bar I might as well try to text on an empty can of soup with a string attached to it.

As I understand it, Verizon wants the ability to contract-out even more jobs than they already have. And make employees pay more for healthcare, all while taking a pay cut. And Verizon is very profitable. Sound familiar? Verizon workers' fight is our fight. Let's support them!

As a Union Member you should cancel your Verizon service..and you should also stop building automobiles if they try to take the benefits the past UAW members have fought so hard for over the last 100 years.
I know you won't...LOL
