Looks like the focus was on entry-level workers as previously known. I'm sure Ford's contract will be similiar. However, unfortunately, I think current employee's of Ford will sacrifice wage increases, etc. for new-hires. I mentioned before that in my circle of friends and family that they have no plans for working for Ford now or in the future. I actually gave my referral away. I may seem selfish, bu tmy family comes first. And please don't say we are all family in the UAW. When I say "family", I mean my wife and children. I hope your family comes first, too. As I mentioned before in a previous post before, I'm sure there is somebody out there would love to give their $$$ and benefits to new hires. Now I'm not anti-new hire!!! We were all in that boat before.

What a joke A max on Profit Sharing but no Min....Don`t be fooled. Most of us work over 2000 hours a year and some of us over 2500 but you will only get credit for 1850.hrs a year max. Stock up on the KY Ford workers because you know the numbers will always be on the low side. An now overtime means even less to us and a great deal more to the company. Fuck them all
