Following is the statement attributed to Ford: “We look forward to working with the UAW on a new tentative agreement that is fair to our employees and allows Ford to become more competitive.”
What concerns me the most are the words "more competitive". Not "stay competitive". "More" indicates to me they want us to sacrifice "more" so they can make "more" profits to screw us out of with the profit sharing cap and creative accounting practices they are known for.

Bob King wants nothing but the number union due paying members to increase and the stock prices to rise since VEBA depends on it...negotiating from both sides is ludicrous.

If we could show king that 41000 ford workers were not happy with the services we are receiving and are looking for another international to represent us they may actually consider our needs and concerns.
