I voted on #5 but I think if we get a raise or cola Ford will try to make us pay more for Insurance. Also the poll doesn't allow me to add everything we want/don't want on it...Sooo I just picked the main things that have been brought to our attention.

$12,500 bonus paid through out the contract, with $5,000 paid the first year as a signing bonus, COLA given back to us as well and no change in Health Insurance. Greivance included. Just my guess.

None of those are good enough.
Double the values listed, payments in lump sum, we get cola, and no other changes. This may work.
