I think the UAW and Ford are low-balling us, this is nothing but a negotiation ploy. Start low and work your way up a little at time. They know this will not pass so what other reason would they offer it up?

I agree that we will never fall for this but.......... Also remember that the IUAW is so far out of touch from Us. That THEY actually think this is a good Deal,or they wouldn't bring it to us.

We work in a town with a lot of employers that haven't been hurt nearly as bad as others in the US. Places like Detroit and Chicago they might feel a lot different.
