I agree...cap at $10 million bonus, no more...for a total compensation to never exceed $15 million...and that's plenty.

some people say the same thing about what we make.

I won't ask for a cap. I want a competitive CEO salary with the competition, the same they ask of us. I think Mr Toyoda makes 2 million....

That money was waisted.

Set profit sharing or bonuses the same percentage between upper management and the union workers...Mulally got 200% bonus on his 27mil salary last year....I would have loved that type of profit sharing last March!!

I agree with a CEO cap, but i wonder how you guys would support something like that here but when I talk about it on the politics forum I get called a socialist by some of these same people? I think all CEO's should be capped or once you get to 20 million or so they tax you at 90% which would be the same thing as capping it, cause no one would put themselves in that tax bracket.

It has been made plain that Mulallys bonus pay is based on the stock price.

I agree with the CEO being well compensated, but when the pay gets out hand that's what i have a problem with. it doesn't matter whether he's paid in stock or not its still money. the problem is we bitch & gripe when we see what he makes but continue to due nothing about it. why doesn't it get brought up at contract time? they have no problem discussing r pay. This type of greed is going to ruin this country. As bob king said "it's obscene" the kind of money they pay him. but they don't even bring it up when they have the opportunity, lets just sit back & let them keep raping us
