today in our company email. In his answers, he states there is no cap on profit sharing...the more hours you work, the more profit sharing you will receive. What happened to the cap of 1850 hours that was included in the contract? Once you reach 1850 hours, your profit sharing will not increase is what we read? Why the discrepancy? He also covers the team leader 10:1 ratio and the idea of TL(s) getting a $1.50 an hour over their current rate? Are they really gonna make tool and die skilled trades type money? I can see many people fighting to get these jobs if that's the case. That would qualify as a hell of a raise when most won't get a raise for over a ten year period...and I don't buy into the 10:1 ratio one bit...I wish there was some way there could be some accountability in regards to this hoax.
