he got us to agree to a two teir pay scale, thus dividing us amongst each other in the plants, and now he has the very union negotiating for us threating its own members with a strike or lockout and fighting with our own leadership (i use that term very loosely, no leadership that I see). Mr. Moneybags, eh Mullaly must be smiling up north.

Not so much. He cost Boeing way more while facing down the IAM than what it cost Boeing to grant a few concessions to the union. The IAM was out twenty eight days that time. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

Yeah, Mulally was a "plant", he is a union buster...but don't let him win...you are a union organization, and you must stand together! There are "union members" in place to bust the union at all the Ford plants, they are working with the company! You are now in a bad situation, but you are really the ones in control..you are doing the work! You make the money for that company! Organize! Don't Strike! Take back your plant, take back your jobs, take back the control...just be smart about it!

I don't think Mulally is behind it, I think Settles and King are pissed because we're making them look like the fools that they are. It looks pretty bad when the first plant to vote turns it down right out of the gate. They're trying to save face.

Doesn't matter if they said that because they knew there would be no further negotiations or if they said that to save face. It's on the wire now, the news service have it, the die is cast.
My comment about Mulally is only to point out that he has been here before. His actions then cost both his company and employees a lot of money.

I agree, and I dont think the Ford family is gonna let one greedy SOB ruin the family business.
