Don't fall for the BS scare tactics for the following reasons........
1. If we vote the piece of shit contract down than guess what? There will not be a 72 hour notice of a walk out like I have been hearing. According to the labor Act there has to be a 60 day cool off point before any strike is to be done. By that time they would have gotten all back together and have a couple of drinks to come up with another shity contract but a little bit better and that f#cker will pass.
2. Correct me if I'm wrong but If there where to be a strike it's not all of the plants at one time right? Somebody out there let me know.
All I'm saying is go with your gut and don't let no one make your decision for you!

This sounds right, except I was thinking if the voting is close, they would have another vote and say they did not explain it to us very good and there must be some confusion. Either way we will hear about the Greivance first, which is the way the union wanted it anyway.

The 60 day cooling off period is only for a new collective bargaining agreement. It does not apply to the expiration and renegotiation of one.
Strikes may be targeted or they may be national. That is the unions call.
Whether they'll actually take us out, call for a re-vote or just go back to the table, who the heck knows? International has been all over the board saying what they'll do.
If we had any real leaders, we'd know what to expect.

There won't be a 60 day wait. The company has to agree to negotiate further, it's not just the unions call. I'm voting no
