with the threat of a strike just days away why havent I been asked to sign up for strike duty yet?
will the committee men come out of hiding to do this or should this be done via Facebook?
with the threat of a strike just days away why hasnt Ford stock fallen 25% or more?
with the threat of a strike just days away why isnt Ford working us 10.0?
with the threat of a strike just days away why arent we working tomorrow (saturday)?
im wondering if the union reps spewing the fear and threats at their own membership are as bad poker players as the are negotiators, im feeling they are.

You know the answers...because as much as everyone thinks a strike is inevitable...it will never happen in our life time.

Strike sign ups have already happened. The names are down at the hall and when the time comes, if it comes then the strike captains plus everyone else will be contacted. I don't believe we will strike but I have been wrong before.

shouldnt have to send my info on a webiste. Im a due paying member in good standing, should be approached to sign up like every other member. Just let the guys in charge know that not one person on either frame line that I am aware of have signed up for this strike, and if they can find the time to maybe come by sometime next week and pass the sheet.

Skilled Trades are orginizing Strike Leaders so the wheels are in motion. The agreement, despite my best efforts, will pass and in the event that it didn't, no stike would happen in my opinion....too much to lose for both sides.

I work in U-trim, and my team leader is a strike captain. I signed up to be in the first wave of picket duty several weeks ago. I don't think a strike is likey, but I am not so ignorant to think that it is not a possiblity.
