This includes KTP, LAP and Evansville HVC Plant

KTP 1476 yes- 1300 no / LAP 891 yes- 480 no. Don't know anything about Evansville or why they would be included in our vote.

In My opinion the plant numbers should never be put out Just the Local wide numbers. With putting out seperate numbers it could put one plant against the other in a whipsaw effect at some time or another.
