The production schedule for this week 1214 today and 1377 rest of the week. To make up the units we lost before shutdown. Next few weeks will be 1214 and then it shots right back up to a 1377 schedule. Again, this is all subject to change, but it looks like they can not wait to get our trucks out there. That’s a good thing. Hopefully everyone had a good holiday break with their family and are ready for another year of this. I will have the new areas out this week and everyone will change on January 17th. Thanks again for everyone's hard work and looking for 2012 to be a better year. My goal for this year will be to have 0 severity rates this year. We have had to many the last few years and this needs to stop. Everyone needs to go home the same way they came in here. We are here for one reason and that is to take care of our families. If you can not do that physically because of something that happened in here, then we have all failed. I will take the blame for this and I am pushing everyone of you to make sure that we are doing everything we can to prevent anyone from seriously getting hurt.
