Lots of damage reported in the vicinity. Did anyone seek shelter or just keep on buildin'. You know like "safety first".

Four confirmed tornadoes and we continued to work despite the sirens blaring outside. Thank you FOMOCO and Local 862 for looking out for us.

I was told security posts a lookout on the roof. But the experts say if you wait until you see a tornado to take cover its too late. Typical Ford way of thinking.

If there is a tornado warning issued for Jefferson County or the vicinity of the plant, the line should stop, everyone's time should stop, and we should go to a so-called safe place. Once the warning is over, then we go back to work.
It's not that hard Ford and UAW!!!!!

The idea is to keep you safe. If you want to get paid, keeping working and die when the tornado hits you. You won't be able to spend the money then you greedy person!

Our time did not stop last year when we were evacuated to the train tracks. Talk about an enjoyable experience. Lol

I don't know of any so called "safe place" that could actually hold very many people.

I imagine they were hoping we all died so they could hire 3,500 more 2nd tier workers...at least that's what I would want if I was in charge.
