Is there a buyout in the works? The reason I ask is ford is making every ones life hell right now at work(r&w's, time off, moving people out of their departments and harassing the hell out of everyone). Is this company wide or just KTP? This would be an excellent time for our union to step up to the plate and show everyone they are watching out for us!!!!! Come on UAW step up just this one time PLEASE!!!!!!!

thats the whole reason i didnt stay there ! im back at lap now and that b.s that goes on at ktp is just a bad memory . and why would the union stand up over there now i was there 3 years and got good reprensentation from the union once . the rest of the time all i heard was they can do that . even when you show them the contract where it state that they cant , you are still told some b.s. and that they can do that again . i feel bad for my brothers that got stuck out there .

Yea, I guess its humiliating enough that you're getting bent over and sodomized while your building chairman stands there and watches. I wouldn't want everyone to know either. Seriously, your problems are just a lack of union leadership. Your building chairman should be held responsible. Way to go Scott, you're the greatest. It's for reasons like this unions fear the Right to Work laws. Just do your damn job, because when you do not serve the membership, why should we pay dues? Thanks for nothing, you suck.

How long have you worked here?Ive found when they f with me the best way to take care of the matter is( say to youself you know what fuck this shit!!!!!!)Stand up and fuck back with them they cant fire you.I come in everyday with the attitude fuck with me and Ill find every fuckin reason I can to fuck back with you.It usually works for me.But you cant be scared,you have to stick to your guns and say fuck it.Trust WE RUN THIS FUCKIN PLACE NOT THE SMARTASS MANAGERS.It also helps if your team will back each other???I know thats hard but when I worked in excursion trim if they wrote up someone on my team WE ALL FUCKED THEM BACK TEN FOLD.But im not tellin you this is what you should do Its just what I do.Good luck

I feel ya metalman... I think I have been sent home for damn near everything. Disrespect, failure to follow instructions, safety, etc. I think anyone afraid of a r&w needs to take their panties off and put their big boy pants back on. There are only a couple of things you can actually be terminated for, making a mistake on your job and being extremely outspoken in your own defense is not one of them...
I have found that management (I use that term loosely) generally wants an easy kill. If you're willing to stand up and use their own rules against them, including but not limited to the use of a pretty red button, they tend to just leave you alone...
