The membership voted to not take a raise...still don't understand it, but living paycheck to paycheck and being scared of walking out apparently made enough too weak to vote no. I think we need Mulally to run for president of the union....hell, the supervision got raises and bonuses across the board...that sounds like great representation in my opinion.

Just throwing the Mulally stock "award" out there so everybody has a chance to see it. Maybe pull the wool out of the way so people can see whats going on. I think the membership was intimidated by Settles into voting in favor of the contract... I guess I'm just trying to stir the pot some. Maybe on the next contract people will look back and have a "clearer" picture of how we were screwed over.

People need to do one thing.....put $50.00 aweek away in a strike fund and in 3.5 years they will have over $9000.00 and 9000 reasons to vote no if we don`t get raises.
