Thursday night I saw members of the management team collecting for the victims of the tornado's. In my 18 years at Ford - I have never witnessed management aiding in any collection - period.(They have hindered on many occasions while the co. claimed credit for the donations on TV though)
I would like to thank EVERYONE - management and union alike - for their work to collect for the victims of the tornado's. The most unified effort I have witnessed in my 18 years at Ford- happened at Kentucky Truck Plant. (If I am going to post the bad - I will be the first to post the good)
Thank you to all that made this possible!
I hope to see more of the same in the future.

Lisa Hobbs in body shop at LAP (management) does this on a regular basis. She's the only one I ever saw do that though.

WOW!! You are a stand up guy Tony.... And, I couldn't agree more, I would have bet against management at KTP ever doing a humane act. Maybe there is hope for this place yet. It really speaks to a person's character to put it up on the web... Maybe you should run for union office.... good job
