It is that time of year again for the Letter Carriers food drive at the post offices. May the 12th is the date for the food drive at the Crums lane Post office location. This day is full of events and I ask that if you are interested in helping, please respond. In the past Rocky Comito has directed the effort, and the responsibility has been passed on to me. We have sent approximately 15 members in the past on average, and we would like to commit the same numbers in 2012. Currently Community services for KTP has committed 4 members. Everyone is welcome, however I understand that there will be CAP and Citizenship and Legislative members working hard also this same day.
We have several functions going on that day. We start out with a labor walk for Jeff Donahue Local 862 endorsed candidate. We also have members going to Earl Yocum (Metro Council candidate) and our endorsed candidate at the VFW post on Dixie Hwy. We also need to try and help out our letter carriers at the above event.
Please respond to all so that Larry Snook may see who has volunteered. He is the official scheduler. Thank you again for all that you do for the community.
In Solidarity,
Todd Dunn

Sisters and Brothers:
It’s that time again, no, not Derby, but the Letter Carriers Annual food drive. As always it’s the second Saturday in May, May 12th starting at about 12:45.
We need help at three Post Offices, Crums Lane, PRP on Greenwood, and Iroquois.
We need about 20 volunteers at Crums Lane, 15 at PRP, and 15 at Iroquois. If you can give about 4 hours for a good cause, please RSVP to this email and let me know what location you can work. If you can’t give a full 4 hours, come out and give what you can. The can goods are heavy and the more help we have the easier it is on everyone.
Valley Station is combined with PRP this year, so if you normally work at Valley please come to PRP and help us out at that location.
Thanks
Snooker
