Letter of understanding. Scott Eskridge. Team size. Maximum of 14 operations. I thought we agreed to a 10 to 1 ratio. Per national contact. The company lied and Scott signed off on it on page 21. The letter should have been x out but it is still in the local. Vote no

They passed a letter out saying 10 to 1 at model change.But contract says 14 to 1

It was going to be 10, but the TL's decided that since they wanted their jobs to stay an elected position, they wanted the larger team size. This will give them a few extra people/votes to work with, to insure their re-election.

Easy no vote...we gave up over 100 new jobs by keeping everything as is...why our union would be for fewer employees is beyond me.
