When our bargaining committee gets back from Vegas I have a few questions for them. I'm glad you put the 10 to 1 ratio in the local but I would like seniority to count. That was the only reason why I voted the local down. Put the team leader jobs up for bid once there two years are up. I will be staying at KTP but if my union brothers and sisters want the chance to go to LAP I hope you all could work something out for them.

Herein will be soe problems. A few teams have not had a TL election in as many as four years. Not because no one ran against them but because the TL election was never brought up. So if we are not voting them in now why not bid them now and forget about the waiting part.

Maybe I am wrong... Bid TL and it gets voted down again. Will we ever see a vote? Probably not. The company bluffed on wanting them bid, so they didn't have to go to 10 to 1. No way they train that many people. Has to be sitpulation to it, which means seniority isn't going to count anyways. Just my opinion.

Vegas. I bet there is a ton of work getting done in Vegas. I know when I went to Vegas, the first thought that went through my mind was..." if I ever need someplace to get focused on my work, THIS is the place" What a joke.

What are they doing in Vegas? What's the reason they are there? They are trying to get ideas on how to make money ! They are meeting with a group of strippers one day, then next day they have a meeting at the bunny ranch, on the last day they are meeting with a group of pimps. They are hoping for ideas on how to squeeze more money out of there client , I mean member!

They are trying to get retirees to come in to sign up to have union dues taken out of their checks every month...I guess they need some more tip money for the hookers...What is wrong with having their meetings at the union hall which we are paying for??? Talk about frivolous spending...Why dont they just build our plants out there to.
