I have a question regarding ergonomically rotated jobs,if you are on a mandatory ergo rotating job,is their a specific job that you are supposed to rotate with or is it just whatever job your team leader decides to put you on?I would think that if it is a ergo job that the job you are to rotate with would be decided by the ergonomics person and not the team leader but i just need clarification.

The ergo reps recomends a job or two that can be rotated with an ergo recongized job. If that team fails to reach a deal on the rotation, then Medical and the Ergo reps step in and mandates which jobs they rotate with. If you feel that the Team Leader is feeding you some BS, then ask to go to Medical and to see your Ergo rep.

When rotating ergo looks at the job not the person even if that person is medical supposedly. The idea is a job that works opposite what you are doing now. Now the team Im on now the best jobs are the medical ones and the best you can hope for is to rotate shitty job to shitty job. Ergo rep will tell you its not the person to rotate with but the job. But if you have people on the team that can only do the Gravy Train with Biscuit Wheels jobs your fucked.
