My question is can they tell them to go home after they show up? And are they treating these people differently crew to crew shift to shift any answers would be appreciated. The two tpt's in my area worked all day today on a double up.Thanks

This is how we treat ours, they are locked down on one job, if they need something they get it and I will do what needs to be done to protect them. They are good workers and this is the least we can do for them.

They show up late can't do the job they are trained on sign out and then they let them do variance jobs or sweep. That's just in chassis tho.

One guy has missed about 5 days. One has missed a couple and signed out a couple. One keeps getting sent back when he's loaned out because he can't even handle a double up. One is late to work or late back from break about once every two days............ In other words, they're just like the last batch of 99 C-crew hires.....

Only one in body I've seen is ex-military and a very hard worker. He knows more jobs already than most in closure and metal line. Props to him.
