Try to have fun with it. Ask questions, test their knowledge. Yell at them, tell them what you think of them. If they are currently serving, blast them for how bad things are. Probably won't change anything, but will at least help pass time.

As far as all these people running. What happened to printing all your fliers by a union shop. No union bug is a no vote for me. If you cant support unions by something as simple as a piece of paper, I could only imagine your support for people on the floor.

I agree the rule are not being followed...my wish is that we have the strongest union in the ford system..to accomplish this feat we need the people to be educated and vote responsible.. don't vote for your buddy even though he's not qualified, don't vote for someone because they gave u a shirt..the future is in our hands and I don't want to hear people complaining after the election, because we are the ones who control our own future!! in solidarity my brothers and sisters!!!!!

My fear is that we will go from better, to worse. My questions send them far away at campaign time. Last question I asked a guy today was "What kind of car do you drive?" I guess he went back to his Hyundai or KIA pissed off.

I'll go a step further and say that it is almost an endorsement of "Two Tier". Trying to find the cheapest way to get the same work done. I'm sure I'll get flamed, but it is what it is. There is a TON of non union printed materials out there. Look at the tag on all of the shirts. How many of them were made in the USA?

There’s no reason or excuse for someone who wants to be elected to a union position not to buy their campaign supplies, shirts, flyers, buttons, etc. to be made in a union shop. The 1st decision they will make is to use union or non-union products, and if they decide to use non-union products it tells us what kind of elected official this person is going to be. They can clam 100% this or that, but I see it as nothing but a 100% bullshit. So don’t bother asking for my VOTE!

Also sick of the campaigning. They keep walking up on my job and try to hand me a paper while im on my hoist. They look at me crazy when I get mad then say "well, where should I put it?" I point to the trash and watch them get butthurt XD

So beside the union campaign supplies which just seems obvious to me, are some better than others?
