Retiree WALTER M.HARLOW, 74, died 7/2/14.
Walter M. Harlow
HARLOW, WALTER M., 74, of Mt. Washington returned to his Heavenly Father
Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
Mr. Harlow was a United States Army veteran who served during Vietnam. He was
a retiree of Ford Motor Company at LAP and a member of Thixton Lane Baptist
Church.
Among those who preceded him in death include his parents, Hilice and Alice
Houchens Harlow and brother, David Harlow.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 50 years, Rebecca "Becky" Harlow;
daughter, Lisa Spalding (Rex); adopted daughter, Clara Harding; grandchildren,
Ryan (Candace) and Kaleb Spalding, Linette and Lhia Harding; great
grandchildren, Presley and Zaine; brother, George Harlow (Shirley); special
friends, Jim and Nancy Swick and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at noon on Monday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and
Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd., use John Harper entrance) with
burial in Highland Memory Gardens.
Friends may pay their respects on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.,
Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the
time of service at Schoppenhorst.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Thixton Lane Baptist Church.
