Why does the company protect this POS over an offense that would result in the permanent termination of an hourly employee?
So it is OK for salaried employees to refer to their boss with the "N-word?" Or is Ryan Martin simply an untouchable exception?
The FoMoCo labor relations office sucks. And SHAME on Joe Bobnar.

You heard him say this with your own ears?

What he said, referring to his boss, was, "I'll have that n******'s job."
Remind me, how many times has he been fired? Is it three times or four times? More?
Look up the word "nepotism" in the dictionary and you will find it illustrated with a picture of Ryan Martin.
SHAME on Joe Bobnar.

Normally I don't advocate for anyone to pull the race card but this time I'll make an exception.

He's a punk and not worth the time it's taken to write this post. My suggestion would be forget about him and get ready to enjoy ur vacation, but....
If u work for him , he picks out people to pick on. If he picks you stand up to him. Tell him to get fucked. He will find another target.
Have a good 3 week break!!!! I know I will

Us Body folks are a different breed. We bite back. So Pieper, how much bitin' did ya get in on arrogant A-hole Norwood before they shipped him?

I never had a problem with Norwood personally, although I know some people did. He was all bark, no bite...

Norwood refused to rightfully pay a guy a half hour. Surprisingly enough two hours later there was a 45 minute breakdown. I truly thought Norwood's head was on the verge of exploding. There wasn't a damn thing he could do about it either. It was the best case of production sabotage I've ever witnessed.
Just in in case there are any supervisors on this forum:......."Pay Your People, You'll Regret It If You Don't!".
We're a lot slicker than you give us credit for......believe that!

He's no longer here he went to another ford plant 10 years ago, or so. He was demoted so many times the last time he got in trouble from an employee they told the employee he could get him fired if he wanted. We was on on the door line up against the old paint department wall and he got into it about 3/10th of an hour pay and told the guy he could leave early for compensation and the guy wanted money instead. Huge argue match with Norwood screaming and he told the guy ( badger bill ) if he wanted to settle it we could go behind the paint wall and take care of it. They both went into the abandoned paint shop but the union got there a couple of seconds later and nothing happened but later they told him they had enough of Norwood and Bill had him if he wanted him for threatening him. At least Norwood was up front about how he was. No surprises from him. The usual old school boss.

Thanks only to his wife is the reason Norwood had a job & was able to "keep" a job considering all of the run-ins that guy had. The wife's daddy was big salary in Michigan so that tells you right there he didn't earn any status or positions, just like Ryan Martin. Both of those guys qualifications for supervision jobs are quite questionable. Pretty sure Norwood was the equivalent to Van Wilder while attending an in-state university. Glad that Ryan Reynolds played Van in the movie & not Norwood, though......funny,funny movie!

That was my line and we had gotten loaned out the day before and Bill was shirted his time. The next day he went off on him. It's all true. I heard all of it. Minus a couple of words or so.
