Plus that fire that the frame plant had a couple of months ago hurt them. Their finding it hard to produce frames for the 150 plant and us. And the rumor I'm hearing from a guy at the frame plant is that their gonna start building a frame for the 150 diesel going to OUR plant. Of course that's only a rumor. It makes sense though.

Metalsa only makes frames for the F150 and U bodies. The super duty frames are built by Magna in Bowling Green. Whoever told you that was full of shit lil buddy!

Did you here what Mr.Eskridge did to us the membership of Local 862 at the last union meeting ? He is now getting paid by the local union for anything above 40 hours that the plant works. He is the first national negotiator from this local to request this & he did it with Mr. Dunn & his E-boards approval. Its an honor & privilege to be a national negotiator and represent the membership.Remember Scott, you choose to do this, you weren't forced. Some times you have to make sacrifices.Carl Dowell & Mike Abell both only received 40 hrs.a week when they where put on staff. Scott, this is nothing but GREED on your part. This right here shows exactly where your heart is and its not with the membership. You sit there on those videos the international makes acting like your all genuine, when in fact its all about $$$$ to you. The national contract spells out exactly what a negotiator makes while on staff, 40 hrs. but you choose to back door the system the system and the membership and have the local pickup the difference. You had it put in the minutes to be read at the last membership meeting hoping people weren't paying attention so it would get voted in. Guess what it did, you think your smart, but some people do pay attention. I promise this issue will not go away because its wrong. This is a HONOR AN PRIVLEDGE YOUR ABUSING

We all live by the dollar. He's away from home and family and losing money also so I don't see the problem, if he was still here he would get paid. If I was in his position I would want what I would have been paid also, I don't see the problem

How did he "back door" the issue? He asked for it and it was granted, went through the proper procedures. Guy has a right to make what he would be making if he were here. Not sure I want a disgruntled guy that is getting shafted on OT negotiating for me. Sounds like another case of someone worrying about someone elses business. Imagine that. Non issue.
